and inexpensive.
Should you wish to make
arrangements yourself with an
officiating minister who is
licensed to marry persons in
New York State, you may
personally contact them and
make arrangements yourself.

of ministers whom you may
contact and arrange your
wedding yourself.
Persons who wish to get married
at the Lavinia Porter Manse may
make arrangements for a simple
wedding ceremony free of charge.
Should you wish to have a small
ceremony, you may make
arrangements with the caretaker.
Due to city regulations, all
services provided related to
dining can only be supplied by
catering companies.
Accommodations can only be
provided under our retreat
program.

Preacher fee $92.50
administrative fee $41.25
Witness participation $41.25
Our services at the Manse are performed
under the legal aspect of
assembly purposes.
Contributions received are for the purpose
of sharing costs for assembly comfort
related to our community endeavor.
We are not a commercial business
offering rental and services. Fees listed
are for persons working as independent
contractors.
* The Lavinia Porter Manse is granted
license by the City of Niagara Falls to
perform commercial Bed and Breakfast
hosting; however, we have opted to delay
Bed and Breakfast operations until city,
and neighbourhood standards are improved.
We do host accommodations
for assembly, and spiritual
retreat, as such are not subject
to commercial business law,
howbeit, we require a
registration and waiver be
signed for all practical purposes.

In general, charges for services rendered to
wedding parties depend on the specific
needs of the wedding party. A service fee
calculated by an hourly rate is applied.

rates.
